The Niagara Law Center will be hosting a criminal law seminar on Saturday, September 23, 2017, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at Niagara University. This CLE program, “A Criminal Law Primer and More: Technique, Technology and Trafficking,” is qualified for all attorneys, including those newly admitted. Attendees can earn up to 7.0* credits, including 1.0 hour of Ethics (afternoon session only), 3.5 hours in Skills, and 2.5 hours in Practice Management. The program includes live lectures by some of the region’s most experienced criminal law practitioners, materials, continental breakfast and lunch. Cost of attendance for BANC members is $150 both sessions, $75 morning or afternoon only; for non-members the cost is $200 both sessions, $100 morning or afternoon only.
